Founding members of the company have been in community management since 1995. We continue to build relationships within the community association industry that furthers our own knowledge and creates an expanding base of resources for our staff and the communities we manage. We remain open to new ideas and forwarding thinking striving to stay ahead of this ever changing and evolving world of community association management.

Our position is that this is your community and we provide services according to your perspective and standards. The Board of Directors are volunteers and we strive to provide services at a level that allows you to feel like a volunteer rather than feeling like you are working for your community!
We offer complete accounting services. All reports include actual and year to date information. We use state of the art computer systems and software specially designed to meet the needs of our clients.
Citadel offers tax preparation services to all our Associations.
Our office also can provide payroll services should your Association engage employees and require payroll and withholding services.
The manager will work closely with the Board’s Attorney, Accountants, and Insurance Representatives. In addition, the Manger will maintain on going relationships with municipal agencies, building inspectors, fire department, police and other officials to ensure proper compliance and quality of services provided.
Our 24 hour emergency service is handled solely by Citadel employees. They can be reached at any hour of the day or night and the response time is extraordinary.
Every property is inspected on a regular basis to ensure that each complex is being handled effectively and efficiently. We make sure the grounds and common areas are aesthetically well maintained. Any preventative maintenance issues will be reported to the Board.
Prior to the monthly Board meeting, every Board member will receive a detailed Manager Report which includes complete financial statements (including any outstanding delinquencies), the services performed during the past reporting period, and any problem areas and future planning issues for consideration by the Board.
